Copyright and Usage Rights: All images, text, and other materials provided by the customer for customization are intended for personal use only and must not infringe upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or immoral.

Image Quality: For image-based customizations, customers are requested to provide high-resolution image files. If the image resolution is insufficient for production, we reserve the right to decline the order.

Order Confirmation and Modifications: Upon receiving an order, our customer service team will contact the customer to discuss the customization details. Customers are encouraged to clarify all aspects of their order during this process. Any modifications to the order must be communicated before final confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
