Custom and Handmade Items
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made and handmade products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please don't hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply send us clear photos of the issue and a brief explanation, and our friendly customer service team will work diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we'll issue it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
